Super Bowl LV Pick and Prop Bets!
Super Bowl LV is finally here this Sunday! We somehow made it through the NFL regular season and playoffs in the midst of a pandemic, we watch breakout teams and stars pushing their way into the conversation, and we are now left with the Kansas City Chiefs vs the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the big game.
To get ready, I found 10 bets on Fanduel that I like the idea of picking. Jess and I will make our picks like we do every year and see who wins some bets as the game goes on. And if you want to make your picks too – go for it!

Sunday, at Raymond James Stadium, the Bucs will play on their home field, Tom Brady will try to win his sixth Super Bowl, the Chiefs will look to repeat as champions, and Patrick Mahomes will try to win his second ring in this 3rd season as a starting quarterback in the league.
There are concerns on the offensive line for the Chiefs in a matchup against a Tampa defense that likes to pressure the quarterback. There are concerns for the Bucs against Travis Kelce and Tyreek Hill who always seem to be available when needed.
And then, there’s the weather. Sunday’s forecast calls for about 23 degrees Celsius with rain and a chance of thunderstorm. Weather like that can seriously impact the passing game (especially if the wind gusts) and put teams on the ground to run… so keep an eye on that when we get to game time.
The narratives coming into this game seem endless. It’s Brady vs Mahomes, the old king vs the young prince coming for his crown. It’s the Buccaneers as the first team to play in the Super Bowl in their home stadium. It’s the Chiefs trying to repeat and the Bucs trying to win their first championship since 2003. It’s Tom Brady trying to win outside of Bill Belichick’s New England Patriots system. There’s a lot going on.
And it should be a lot of fun.
