2020-21 NFL Wild Card Weekend Picks!

The playoffs are here! After the NFL got through the entire regular season (with incident, but without cancellations) we have 14 teams headed into a tournament to be crowned Super Bowl Champion!

This weekend we’re getting more football than we’re used to, with six total games, three on Saturday and three on Sunday. It’s a full slate, a lot of football to pay attention to, and no secondary games to steal our attention.

Buckle up!

2020 NFL Week 17 Record: 13 W – 3 L
2020 NFL Season Record: 170 W – 85 L – 1 T

With my favourite team not participating in the playoffs, I’m jumping on the Buffalo Bills bandwagon – and I don’t feel bad about it.

And since I’m on the bandwagon, I’ll take the Bills at home against the Colts. I’ll also take the Buccaneers on the road in Washington because none of the NFC East teams were going to be able to compete… including the Washington Football Team who came out of that wreckage.

I’m not sure if there’s a chance for a lot of upsets this weekend. Half of the games are set with about a field goal’s difference in predicted outcome, so perhaps they could go either way. The other half are less likely to be close (as predicted by the betting lines) and for good reason.

If I’m looking at any lower seed to come through (other than Tampa Bay) it would be the Ravens as a 5 over the Titans as a 4.
