10 Leftover Turkey Options and Recipes!

A Turkey dinner (no matter how many people are together to eat it) is one of my favourite things about the holidays. Yes, the being together and celebrating with loved ones is above and beyond anything the makes it to the table – but let’s not lie and say that turkey and all the fixings aren’t absolutely awesome.

Because there are always leftovers, and I love leftovers, I’ve put together a list of 10 leftover turkey options that are great for Thanksgiving or Christmas or Easter or whenever you have some leftover turkey that you want to turn into a tasty meal.

The first three are so simple they don’t need recipes, I trust that you can figure them out with the short info I’ve added. The rest though all come from sites across the web and if you’re interested in giving them a try, click on the link or the photo and go for it.

10 Leftover Turkey Options and Recipes!

🦃 Plate of Turkey Dinner Leftovers

The classic, easiest, and very tasty option. Take a serving of everything you loved from your turkey dinner, put it on a plate, heat it up, and enjoy!

🦃 Turkey Sandwich

My favourite leftover turkey sandwich is on toast and includes turkey, stuffing, cheese, mayo, cranberries, salt and pepper. Load it up, cut it in half, open wide and eat!

🦃 Turkey/Egg Scramble

Start with diced onion and bell pepper in a frying pan with some garlic, get that going until you have your onions cooking. Add diced turkey and stir to heat evenly. Whisk eggs with a splash of milk and salt and pepper and pour that into the pan and scramble and cook. Serve with toast for breakfast, brunch, lunch, whatever!
