2019 NFL Week 12 Picks! 🏈
We’re back baby! After a back Week 10 (5-8) I got back in the game with a big 12-win week. And now I’m looking to follow it up with another big week of winners to keep things moving along in the right direction.
2019 NFL Week 11 Record: 12 W – 2 L
2019 NFL Season Record: 109 W – 52 L – 1 Tie
Including the tie (ugh) I’m sitting at a 67% win rate with my picks. With only a few weeks left, the chances of getting to 70% are getting slimmer and slimmer. Right now I’m hoping for good weeks and keeping my percentage where it is and maybe ticking it up a little bit if I can.
For me, this week’s marquee QB match-up is Aaron Rodgers vs Jimmy Garoppolo. It’s the best quarterback moustache model (Happy Movember) vs the handsomest quarterback in the league. It’s the Super Bowl champ and 2-time MVP vs the (currently) 9-1 breakout quarterback of the season.
I talk a lot about the Cowboys because they’re my team and they’ve won more games than they’ve lost this season. However, I don’t think they’re going to win this week in New England. I don’t want to be the guy that only says good things though – so here’s me admitting that I don’t think Dak and Zeke will beat Brady and Belichick at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough. But it would be great if they did.
Do I feel quite as sure about my picks as I think I was last week, no. But that doesn’t mean I’m not planning for another great weekend of results.
BONUS: The 107th Grey Cup is this Sunday with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats vs the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in Calgary, AB at McMahon Stadium. Do I know a lot about this CFL season? No. But I do know that the Tigers-Cats have had the best season, are looked at as the best team, and I’m picking them to win the 2019 Grey Cup Championship.
