Daddy’s Favourites: Classic Christmas Cartoons

With Christmas almost here, I find myself (as I do every year) watching and listening to my holiday favourites.

YouTube, Spotify, DVDs, and even the TV get used to find everything I’m looking for, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

And since I’m here to do my best to share the things that I love as a dude and a dad, I thought I’d take a second to share some of my favourite classic Christmas cartoons with you all today.

I’ve got my short movie pick, a short TV classic that I can’t get enough of, and 2 bonus videos that are winter greats, even if they aren’t specifically Christmas stories.

Honourable mentions go to all-time classics including Frosty The Snowman, Dr. Sesuss’ How The Grinch Stole Christmas, and A Charlie Brown Christmas – especially Linus’ big moment…

Ready for the favourites? Here we go!

The Favourite Short: Mickey’s Christmas Carol

At 25 minutes this is a great watch for adults and kids and anyone in between. Rent it on YouTube, buy it on Amazon like we did, or keep your eyes open at your other favourite movie spots.

The Favourite Super Short: Pluto’s Christmas Tree

Bonus 1: Donald’s Snow Fight

Note: I could do without the Huey, Dewey, and Louie scene at the very end.
