We’ve reached week 3 of the 2021 NFL season, and I’d like to think that maybe we’re leaning a little something about these football teams and what we can expect moving forward. BUT, it’s also still only two weeks, multiple starting quarterbacks are hurt, we’ve had upsets and blowouts and games tighter than they should have been.

So who knows what’s going to happen!

Ollie’s Week 2 Record: 9-7

Daddy’s Week 2 Record: 11-5

Daddy’s 2021 Season Record: 18 – 14

I had a little bit of better luck (scouting?) last week and clawed back to an overall tie with Ollie as he stayed consistent with the same 9-7 record for the second week in a row. I don’t want to cheer against my kid, but let’s be honest, I want to win.

As we head into this week, I’m feeling a little better about the Cowboys now that they’ve got a win and avoided the statistically playoff-killing 0-2 start. And now they get a division game, to see how they stack up early against the Eagles at home in Texas.

I’m also looking for the Bills to keep rolling like they did last week, the Chiefs to bounce back after their first loss of the season, and the Buccaneers to go to LA and put on a show as well.
